Dynasty Holtz knows the thrill and excitement of buying a home. The energetic, hardworking mother of four brought her very own slice of New Zealand paradise with her partner in 2014 after six years living abroad in Cronulla, Sydney.
“Cronulla will always have a place in my heart, but when my partner and I found the ideal place in Waihi we couldn’t resist. We jumped at the opportunity to buy our first home in the small town where I grew up so our children could experience the same laid-back Kiwi lifestyle,” Dynasty says.
That first real estate transaction put her on the property ladder and fuelled a desire to share the excitement of home ownership with others, leading her to a career in real estate.
Her background in sales and management roles across the retail, banking and travel industries has given her a strong appreciation for exceptional customer service and the value of going above and beyond clients’ expectations. This philosophy is applied to everyone Dynasty comes into contact with, whether they are busy professionals, a family buying their first home, a recent arrival, or a Kiwi returning to New Zealand and looking for a place to call their own.
“Buying or selling a house is one of the most important financial decisions you make,” she says. “I got into real estate because I wanted to help people enjoy an experience that was satisfying and memorable – one you wouldn’t think twice about repeating or recommending to friends and family.”
Dynasty works at the Eves Realty Waihi office as a sales consultant specialising in residential property listings in Waihi, Waihi Beach and the surrounding areas.
